At the same time, employers may think about cooperation with universities that produce relevant specialists, so that the most promising students have the opportunity and motivation to work in their company. This scheme of resolving the issue of personnel hunger has been successfully applied in other sectors (telecommunications, banks, etc.), and this experience can easily be transferred to other specialties.

- participation in the purchase of energy equipment.
